5. VAT and notary fees:
In no case, do the prices as stated on this website, include VAT (7% for new properties) or notary fees (some 3 %), unless explicitly stated otherwise. These additional costs are calculated on the basis of the purchase price payable to the construction firm. The same applies for turnkey properties and second-hand properties.

6. Including plot:
All stated properties and prices include the plot, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Full ownership:
When buying with our mediation, your are always 100% full owner of your property, and the corresponding plot, also you always have a 10 year construction guarantee from the construction company.

8. Purchase price of properties in Spain:
As soon as you sign a purchase contract, the price stated in it becomes final. It can no longer be changed by the construction company.

9. Reimbursements by Grupo DB Spanish Properties to the client:
All additional advantages as promised to our clients only apply once the client has paid the entire purchase price to the construction firm.
